3 Day Diet

I'm not quite sure how this diet got popularized, but it did, which leaves me thinking it must work atleast quite well. This diet is particularly good for people who don't want to starve themselves - healthy and moderatley low-cal, yet a good set guideline.

Things to do throughout the diet.

If you wish, you may add the following things to your food: salt, pepper, vinegar, tomato sauce, brown sauce, mustard, soy sauce, lemon and herbs.
