As you may have guessed from the name, this diet allows you to have three portions of fruit a day. However, this is not as unhealthy as you may think - your morning portion will be high in carbs (to keep you going), your afternoon portion will be fiberous, and your evening portion will be citrus. For example -
DAY 1
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: 1/2 cup of berries
Dinner: 2 clementines
DAY 2
Breakfast: Large pear
Lunch: Plum
Dinner: Small grapefruit
DAY 3
Breakfast: 1/2 mango
Lunch: Apple
Dinner: Tangerine
Though citrus fruits are usually quite easy to identify, the other varieties may not be so quite so - if in doubt, try googling the fruit and getting some information about it. This diet can be repeated as many times as you desire

For the next three days, you will need:
A banana
Atleast half a cup's worth of your favourite berries
2 clementines
A large pear
A plum
A small grapefruit
A mango
An apple
A tangerine
